The Most Florida Coded Haunted Attraction in Central Florida

Most travelers heading to Florida have one main goal in mind: spotting a real-life alligator. But if you’re visiting during spooky season, there’s an unexpected destination you need to add to your itinerary…. Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures.

Every year, they swap their standard tours for a full-on haunted attraction on Saturdays from 7 PM to 11 PM (running mid-September through October 31st). This year's event, The Terror 2, blew us away!

I went in expecting a standard haunt, but I was genuinely startled by some incredible, unexpected scares. The volunteers go completely all-out to make the experience thrilling. What makes this event stand out from every other Halloween haunt isn't just the spooky atmosphere… it's the fact that you get to go on a nighttime airboat ride through the dark swamp. Plus, we even participated in a Gel Blaster tournament! Think paintball, but without the messy cleanup and with much less of a sting when you get hit.

Located over in Kissimmee, it’s a bit of a drive, but it is 100% worth making the trip for a night of unique Halloween fun.
